Properties
Hydracm contains 95% glucids, mainly maltodextrins, for better assimilation and good gastric tolerance. Its neutral lightly sweetened taste is well accepted for long-duration efforts; it decreases nausea.
Hydracm contains sodium, magnesium, and vitamins (C, B1, and E).
Hydracm contains sodium alginate which has a protection role and decreases acid reflux and regurgitation.

Directions for use
Dilute 6 to 8 measuring cups of Hydracm for each liter of water.
Drink from the start of physical effort, without waiting for a thirst sensation, 100 to 150 ml every 10 minutes.
Once made, the Hydracm drink should be kept cold and consumed within only a few hours after mixing.
